1. Support the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager in collaborating with Store Leaders to attract and hire exceptional talent across all levels.
2. Engage in the full recruitment lifecycle, including assessing current and future staffing needs, creating job postings, sourcing candidates, and managing talent pipelines.
3. Conduct market mapping to identify potential candidates and industry trends.
4. Facilitate interview and offer processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
5. Oversee system onboarding to integrate new hires effectively into the organization.
