- Lead full-cycle recruitment for permanent and temporary roles within the Client Services division.
- Develop proactive pipeline strategies for future openings across all departments.
- Coach and educate hiring managers on effective interviewing and assessment techniques.
- Manage networking and employee referral processes, including exploratory interviews.
- Champion employer branding efforts and participate in recruitment and networking events.
- Represent the brand in LVMH HR group meetings and retail recruitment networks.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout the recruitment process.
- Identify and develop job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Source, identify, and interview candidates to ensure alignment with business needs and culture.
- Coordinate background checks and manage interview scheduling.
- Prepare compensation proposals and negotiate employment offers.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic recruitment, preferably in high-volume and retail environments.
- Strong strategic recruitment and talent acquisition skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in developing and executing recruitment strategies.
- Ability to coach and train hiring managers.
- Knowledge of legal compliance in recruitment processes.
A minimum of 5 years in strategic recruitment, ideally within high-volume and retail sectors, is required.
