1. Lead full-cycle recruitment for permanent and temporary roles within the Client Services division.
2. Develop proactive pipeline strategies for future openings across all departments.
3. Coach and educate hiring managers on effective interviewing and assessment techniques.
4. Manage networking and employee referral processes, including exploratory interviews.
5. Champion employer branding efforts and participate in recruitment and networking events.
6. Represent the brand in LVMH HR group meetings and retail recruitment networks.
7. Ensure legal compliance throughout the recruitment process.
8. Identify and develop job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.
9. Source, identify, and interview candidates to ensure alignment with business needs and culture.
10. Coordinate background checks and manage interview scheduling.
11. Prepare compensation proposals and negotiate employment offers.
12. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive experience.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic recruitment, preferably in high-volume and retail environments.
