1. Manage operational recruitments directly or in collaboration with executive search firms for specific functions within the organization.
2. Develop and maintain talent pools for critical roles.
3. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
4. Monitor and ensure the accuracy of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the EMEA region.
5. Lead and animate the EMEA Talent Acquisition community, ensuring the follow-up of ongoing initiatives and projects.
6. Oversee the deployment of training programs within the EMEA Talent Acquisition community.
7. Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers to understand their needs and respond effectively.
8. Integrate a skills-based approach into the recruitment process.
9. Implement and monitor programs and initiatives related to Talent Acquisition as sponsored by the Maison and the Group.
