1. Manage specific recruitments directly or in collaboration with executive search firms.
2. Develop talent pools for key organizational functions.
3. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
4. Maintain the accuracy and relevance of KPIs for the EMEA region.
5. Lead the EMEA Talent Acquisition community, ensuring the progress of ongoing initiatives and projects.
6. Oversee the deployment of training programs within the EMEA Talent Acquisition community.
7. Serve as the primary liaison for hiring managers to understand and meet their recruitment needs.
8. Promote a skills-based culture within the recruitment process.
9. Implement and monitor talent acquisition programs and initiatives sponsored by the Maison and the Group.

1. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
2. Proven ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams.
3. Experience within the European geographical area is preferred.
