1. Support the Talent Acquisition and Campus team in diverse recruitment activities, including job posting, sourcing, and candidate pre-qualification for permanent and temporary roles, internships, and apprenticeships.
2. Participate in school outreach initiatives to represent the brand and attract emerging talent.
3. Manage and update progress reports for the Talent Acquisition team.
4. Contribute to the analysis of KPIs, ensuring alignment with global directives and diversity and inclusion policies.
5. Assist the Graduate Program team with project management, including post-edition analysis, KPI tracking, and school engagement activities.
6. Organize and facilitate internal events to enhance team cohesion.
7. Coordinate press reviews and team news updates.
8. Develop and maintain internal documentation such as welcome booklets, organizational charts, and recruitment process guides.
9. Manage the schedule of the Director of Talent Acquisition & Campus HQ.
10. Oversee office management for HR, ensuring efficient workspace operations and serving as the point of contact for team requests.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
2. Demonstrated curiosity and organizational skills.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Fluency in French and English.
