1. Assist the Talent Acquisition & Campus team with daily operations.
2. Support the preparation of PowerPoint presentations.
3. Update progress reports regularly.
4. Draft and publish job listings.
5. Aid in sourcing and recruiting profiles for permanent, temporary, and internship positions.
6. Organize team events and internal activities such as birthdays and exhibitions.
7. Update the welcome and integration booklet.
8. Participate in press reviews and current affairs discussions.
9. Revise Talent Acquisition processes and templates.
10. Monitor the Graduate Program project.
11. Manage the calendar for the Head of Talent Acquisition & Campus Headquarters.
12. Coordinate candidate space scheduling and departmental booking requests for seminars and events.
13. Handle office supply requests and orders.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school or university program in management or human resources.
2. Desire to learn recruitment principles, including application management and KPI tracking.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Fluency in French and English.
4. Curiosity and eagerness to learn.

Beginner level experience in a related field is required.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Management or Human Resources.

Interns will participate in an integration day with new hires and undergo mid-term and final evaluations to assess skill development.
