1. Support project execution and coordinate fulfillment of project steps as agreed in meetings.
2. Assist with the improvement of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by gathering needs, discussing technical feasibility, and tracking new feature usage.
3. Support the implementation of a referral platform and a confidential hiring platform by organizing tests, collecting feedback, and proposing process improvements.
4. Contribute to the documentation of Talent Acquisition processes by updating current and building future processes.
5. Participate in training end users on new tools and processes as required.

1. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program related to Business Administration, Client Experience, IT, Project Management, or a relevant field.
2. Genuine interest in working within an international environment.

1. Ability to manage projects impartially based on facts, business needs, and potential gains.
2. Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
3. Proactive in achieving set objectives efficiently.
4. Very good command of English.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program.
