1. Support project execution and coordinate project steps as agreed upon in meetings.
2. Assist in the improvement of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by gathering needs, discussing technical feasibility, and tracking new feature usage.
3. Support the implementation of a referral and confidential hiring platform by organizing tests, collecting feedback, and proposing process improvements.
4. Contribute to documenting the Talent Acquisition process by updating current and building future processes.
5. Participate in training end users on new tools and processes.

1. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business Administration, Client Experience, IT, Project Management, or a related field.
2. Genuine interest in working within an international environment.

1. Ability to manage projects impartially based on facts, business needs, and potential gains.
2. Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
3. Proactive in finding ways to achieve set objectives efficiently.
4. Very good command of English.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program.
