1. Perform alterations and personalization of ready-to-wear clothing to meet client needs, preferences, body shapes, and requirements.
2. Contribute to store sales through suitable RTW alterations for clients.
3. Conduct client consultations for alterations, including initial consultations, measurements, fit verification, and use of fixing pins.
4. Execute alteration tasks according to client requests.
5. Provide training to store staff on pinning and tailoring.

1. 5-10 years of experience in RTW sales, client consultations, or repair.
2. Experience in clothing-related client consultations and pinning is essential.
3. Preferred experience in luxury brand RTW sales.
4. Preferred experience in clothing alterations (not mandatory) with an interest in developing a career as an alteration specialist.
5. Ability to work in-store (40 hours per week store schedule).
