1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in ready-to-wear sales, customer consultation, or garment repair.
2. Experience in garment-related customer consultations and pinning is essential.
3. Preferred experience in luxury brand ready-to-wear sales.
4. Experience in garment alterations is advantageous but not mandatory.
5. Willingness to develop a career as an alteration specialist is preferred.
6. Ability to work in-store with a 40-hour weekly schedule.
