1. Contribute to the 'Engaged Value Chain' ambition by managing social and environmental audits, including planning, coordination with third parties, report analysis, communication of results, and follow-up on corrective action plans with suppliers.
2. Evaluate potential suppliers and manage subcontracting risks through identification and specific technical audits.
3. Develop a supplier CSR evaluation template focusing on climate, energy efficiency, circular economy, water, and waste management, and centralize supplier documents.
4. Monitor supplier CSR performance and raise awareness among teams and suppliers.
5. Ensure regulatory compliance through reporting and data management.

1. Currently pursuing higher education in IEP, business schools, Master's in CSR/HSE, specialized environmental schools, or textile engineering.
2. Proficiency in Office software, particularly Excel.
3. Expertise in CSR, both social and environmental aspects.
4. Analytical mindset with the ability to take a step back.
5. Interest in data management.

1. Proficiency in English; Italian is a plus.
2. Passion for the fashion industry.
3. Strong analytical and data management skills.

No prior experience required, although previous experience in CSR or the fashion industry is advantageous.

Currently enrolled in a relevant higher education program.
