Responsibilities
- Contribute to the 'Committed Value Chain' ambition.
- Manage social and environmental audits: planning, coordination with third parties, report analysis, result communication, corrective action follow-up with suppliers, and database management.
- Evaluate prospects.
- Manage subcontracting risks: identify risks, manage specific technical audits, and handle workshop data.
- Evaluate supplier CSR: develop an evaluation template addressing climate, energy efficiency, circular economy, water, waste management, and centralize supplier documents.
- Monitor supplier CSR performance.
- Raise awareness among teams and suppliers.
- Manage regulatory compliance: reporting and data management.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing higher education: IEP, business schools, Master's in CSR/HSE, specialized schools in Environment, Health and Safety, or textile engineering.
Skills
- Proficiency in Office software, especially Excel.
- Expertise in CSR: social and environmental aspects.
- Analytical mindset and ability to take a step back.
- Interest in data management.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- English proficiency; Italian is a plus.
Experience Requirements
Beginner level; a first experience in CSR or the fashion sector is a plus.
Education Requirements
Currently pursuing higher education in relevant fields.
