1. Initiate projects to reduce material consumption across the production site.
2. Lead on-site projects aimed at enhancing resource consumption and ensure the deployment of sustainable development initiatives.
3. Develop methods and tools such as DMAIC and flow mapping within a team that values individual initiatives.
4. Play a pivotal role in promoting sustainable development practices within the workshops.
5. Foster a culture of benchmarking between workshops in France and Europe.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (BAC+4/5) in continuous improvement with knowledge of sustainable development.
2. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools.

1. Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and Power BI.
2. Strong pragmatic and listening skills when interacting with teams.
3. Dynamic, resourceful, and capable of fostering team cohesion.

Entry-level, with some experience in an industrial setting or waste optimization through internships or summer jobs.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (BAC+4/5).
