- Manage social and environmental audits, including planning, coordination with third parties, analysis of audit reports, communication of results, and follow-up on corrective action plans with suppliers.
- Evaluate prospective suppliers and monitor supplier CSR performance.
- Raise awareness among teams and suppliers regarding sustainability initiatives.
- Act as the primary contact for eco-design partners.
- Implement eco-design processes for target product ranges, including data collection and analysis of environmental impact.
- Lead efforts to reduce environmental impacts.
- Educate development and sourcing teams on eco-design strategies.
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school with a specialization in textiles or have completed an internship in the apparel industry.
- Experience with eco-design initiatives through academic or internship experiences.
- Expertise in environmental impact analysis.
- Familiarity with eco-design standards.
- Strong analytical skills and curiosity.
- Proficiency in researching technical information on materials and manufacturing processes.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
