1. Manage social and environmental audits, including planning, coordination with third parties, analysis of audit reports, communication of results, and follow-up on corrective action plans with suppliers.
2. Evaluate prospective suppliers and monitor supplier CSR performance.
3. Raise awareness among teams and suppliers regarding sustainability initiatives.
4. Act as the primary contact for eco-design partners.
5. Implement eco-design processes for target product ranges, including data collection and analysis of environmental impact.
6. Lead efforts to reduce environmental impacts.
7. Educate development and sourcing teams on eco-design strategies.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering school with a specialization in textiles or have completed an internship in the apparel industry.
2. Experience with eco-design initiatives through academic or internship experiences.

3. Strong analytical skills and curiosity.
4. Proficiency in researching technical information on materials and manufacturing processes.
5. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
