Louis Vuitton Supply Chain Transformation Project Assistant Internship

- Assist the Knowledge Manager in implementing and deploying new communication and training tools within the Supply Chain globally.
- Collect requirements, plan, define short and medium-term objectives, launch, monitor performance, and gather feedback.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Supply Chain experts to stay abreast of technological advancements and improvements.
- Contribute to change management initiatives, leveraging strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and the ability to synthesize and simplify information.
- Propose and develop new, engaging communication formats.
- Participate in the design and organization of training programs.
- Engage in communication actions highlighting the Supply Chain's activities, agility, projects, and training offerings.
- Create communication content and organize events to strengthen the Supply Chain community.
- Undertake additional missions or projects based on profile and interests, such as analysis, business intelligence, and development.
- Currently enrolled in a general engineering school with a specialization in logistics, Supply Chain, industrial engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong communication and design aptitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency with quantitative data, analysis, and synthesis capabilities.
- Creativity, curiosity, and excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with communication techniques (articles, videos, podcasts, social media) is a plus.
- Comfortable with video editing and knowledge in infographics and graphic design.
Entry-level, suitable for students currently pursuing relevant studies.
Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, logistics, Supply Chain, or industrial engineering.
