1. Assist the Knowledge Manager in implementing and deploying new internal communication and training tools for the Supply Chain both in France and globally.
2. Gather requirements, plan, define short and medium-term objectives, launch initiatives, monitor performance, and collect feedback.
3. Collaborate with Product Owners and Supply Chain experts to stay informed on technological advancements and changes, facilitating their implementation and change management.
4. Propose and develop new, impactful communication formats and participate in the design and organization of training programs.
5. Engage in communication activities to highlight Supply Chain operations, agility, projects, and training offerings.
6. Create communication content and organize events to strengthen the Supply Chain community.
7. Participate in additional projects or tasks related to analysis, business intelligence, or development, based on profile and interests.

1. Currently enrolled in a general engineering school with a specialization in logistics, Supply Chain, or industrial engineering.
2. Strong interest and natural aptitude for communication and design.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
2. Proficiency in quantitative data analysis and synthesis.
3. Creativity, curiosity, excellent communication, pedagogical skills, and ability to synthesize and simplify complex information.
4. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
5. Familiarity with communication techniques (articles, videos, podcasts, social media) is a plus.
6. Proficiency in video editing and knowledge of infographics and graphic design is advantageous.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, logistics, Supply Chain, or industrial engineering.
