- Assist the Knowledge Manager in implementing and deploying new communication and training tools within the Supply Chain, both in France and globally.
- Gather requirements, plan, define short and medium-term objectives, launch, monitor performance, and collect feedback.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Supply Chain experts to stay informed about technological advancements and improvements.
- Contribute to change management initiatives and support their implementation.
- Propose and develop new, engaging communication formats.
- Participate in the design and organization of training sessions.
- Engage in communication activities highlighting Supply Chain operations, agility, projects, and training offerings.
- Create communication content and organize events to strengthen the Supply Chain community.
- Participate in additional projects or tasks based on profile and interests, such as analysis, business intelligence, and development.
- Currently enrolled in a general engineering school with a specialization in logistics, Supply Chain, or industrial engineering.
- Strong interest and aptitude for communication and design.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in quantitative data analysis and synthesis.
- Creativity, curiosity, excellent communication, pedagogical skills, and ability to simplify complex information.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of communication techniques (articles, videos, podcasts, social media) is a plus.
- Video editing skills are advantageous.
- Familiarity with infographics and graphic design is beneficial.
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, logistics, Supply Chain, or industrial engineering.
