1. Analyze and map existing supply chain processes within the Care Service.
2. Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement.
3. Assist in defining, planning, and implementing supply chain optimization projects.
4. Contribute to the design of innovative solutions such as automation and digitalization.
5. Collect and analyze supply chain performance data to create dashboards and reports.
6. Propose concrete solutions for process efficiency and cost reduction.
7. Participate in establishing performance indicators and action plans.
8. Conduct research on best practices in supply chain and customer service.
9. Perform benchmarking within the Louis Vuitton supply chain to identify improvement opportunities.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering, business school, or university program with a specialization in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Management (Bac +4/5).
2. Interest in supply chain and customer service challenges.
3. Fluent in English and French.

1. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
2. Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
3. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and autonomy.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.

Beginner

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
