- Map and analyze existing supply chain processes of the Care Service.
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement within the supply chain.
- Assist in defining, planning, and implementing projects aimed at optimizing supply chain operations.
- Contribute to the design of innovative solutions such as automation and digitalization.
- Collect and analyze data related to supply chain performance, including lead times and service rates.
- Develop dashboards and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Propose concrete solutions to enhance process efficiency and reduce costs.
- Participate in establishing performance indicators and action plans.
- Conduct research on best practices in supply chain and customer service.
- Perform benchmarks within the Louis Vuitton supply chain to identify improvement opportunities.
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school, business school, or university with a focus on Supply Chain, Logistics, or Management (Bac +4/5).
- Interest in supply chain and customer service issues.
- Proficiency in computer tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and autonomy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Fluency in English and French.
