2. Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement within the supply chain.
3. Assist in defining, planning, and implementing projects aimed at optimizing supply chain operations.
4. Contribute to the design of innovative solutions such as automation and digitalization.
5. Collect and analyze data related to supply chain performance, including lead times and service rates.
6. Develop dashboards and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
7. Propose concrete solutions to enhance process efficiency and reduce costs.
8. Participate in establishing performance indicators and action plans.
9. Conduct research on best practices in supply chain and customer service.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering school, business school, or university with a focus on Supply Chain, Logistics, or Management (Bac +4/5).
2. Interest in supply chain and customer service issues.
3. Proficiency in computer tools such as Excel and Power BI.
4. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
5. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and autonomy.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
7. Fluency in English and French.
