1. Act as a business partner for North Asia stores, orchestrating inventory distribution for Ready-to-Wear, Shoes, and Watches & Jewelry categories.
2. Manage product categories in collaboration with Zone Merchandising and Central Supply Chain teams.
3. Develop and maintain distribution processes to support business objectives.
4. Oversee end-of-life and obsolete product management.
5. Produce reports on product category performances.
6. Partner with stores, Merchandising, and Market teams to ensure timely inventory distribution.
7. Optimize product availability by maintaining appropriate stock targets for each store.
8. Support stores' turnover targets by planning and assessing store requests.
9. Manage distribution flows for all product types and respond to special store requests.
10. Coordinate with the Logistics team to address transportation issues.
11. Collaborate with distribution planners to manage warehouse workload capacity.
12. Contribute to mid-term assessments of warehouse storage requirements.
13. Ensure successful preparation and logistics for store openings, pop-ups, and events.
14. Build collaborative relationships with markets to anticipate store events and seasonalities.
15. Proactively share stock information and prioritization guidelines with relevant teams.
16. Seek to improve client services by supporting all involved teams.
17. Participate in global process optimization and automation projects.
18. Conduct regular store visits to gather feedback and build trust with store teams.
19. Participate in store manager meetings to understand market needs.

1. University graduate with a system-related or engineering background.
2. Working experience in Retail or Supply Chain.
3. Retail-oriented with a strong interest in store activities.

1. Strong computer literacy, particularly in Excel and Access.
2. Adaptability to internal data management systems such as MyPR, MySR, SAP, Power BI.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
4. Strong interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
5. Excellent quantitative analytical skills.
6. Curiosity and adaptability to new ideas, people, systems, and procedures.
7. Team player with stability and balance.
8. Willingness and availability to travel.

Beginner level experience in retail or supply chain is required.

University degree in a system-related or engineering field.
