1. Coordinate the planning of new product launches in collaboration with development, purchasing, and production departments.
2. Serve as the primary liaison between development, purchasing, and production teams.
3. Ensure alignment between the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and project development progress.
4. Monitor key performance indicators related to product launches, including deliveries, component tracking, and production readiness.
5. Lead transition projects to SAP within production workshops.
6. Propose and manage continuous improvement projects within the Supply Chain.
7. Identify and track relevant KPIs to ensure robust activity management, including service rates, deliveries, and logistics performance.
8. Conduct ad-hoc analyses on various supply chain topics.
9. Analyze production needs and forecasts to assess impacts on stock levels and component consumption.
10. Evaluate stock composition, identifying obsolete, out-of-stock, and overstock items, and provide appropriate recommendations.
11. Monitor component coverage by collection to secure production and manage end-of-life collections.

1. Significant experience in supply chain, planning, or industrial logistics (minimum 5 years).
2. Experience in the watchmaking sector or a complex industrial environment is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and PowerBI.
2. Strong analytical and reporting tool skills.
3. Autonomy and organizational skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
6. Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.

A minimum of 5 years in supply chain, planning, or industrial logistics, preferably within the watchmaking sector or a complex industrial environment.
