2. Conduct daily tracking of order receptions.
3. Send automatic order reception notifications to St Honoré staff.
4. Facilitate electronic signature upon order collection.
5. Monitor VPOL order stock at St Honoré.
6. Send automatic reminders for orders remaining in stock 15 days post-notification.
7. Identify continuous improvement opportunities for customer service optimization.
8. Provide support during Private Sale events, including product reception, event setup, and coordination.
9. Support the Private Sale Care Service project through continuous improvement and communication efforts.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering or business school, or equivalent.

1. Strong team spirit and service-oriented mindset.
2. Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
3. Proficiency in quantitative data analysis.
4. Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
5. Fluent in English.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
