- Represent client interests within production workshops, translating client needs into industrial realities.
- Coordinate production flow and product lines, proposing compromises to align with production capabilities.
- Ensure reliability of site operations by managing product delivery in correct quantities and timelines.
- Maintain optimal stock levels for each SKU within the workshop.
- Collaborate with development and scheduling teams to monitor progress, address alerts, and integrate new products.
- Define medium to long-term production plans for workshops based on demand from headquarters.
- Manage overall workshop capacity and propose actions to balance production plans.
- Conduct workforce planning in collaboration with manufacturing leads.
- Communicate strategic priorities and demand changes to Supply Chain teams.
- Facilitate weekly production planning meetings with manufacturing teams and management.
- Manage 'cuts' to meet demand for each SKU.
- Develop planning function and performance by proposing BI tools and benchmarking other sites.
- Manage a team of schedulers, setting expectations and ensuring effective communication.
- Integrate health, safety, and environmental standards into all operations.
- Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a similar role within the industrial sector.
- Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and PowerBI.
- Ability to model and analyze data.
- Strong numerical aptitude.
- Team management skills.
- Knowledge of supply chain logistics and workshop processes.
- Interest in the leather goods industry.
Minimum of 3 years in a relevant position.
Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering.
