1. Maintain the right product level at retail and digital stores both qualitatively and quantitatively.
2. Utilize IT systems to monitor and manage stock levels for stores.
3. Regularly review store business results to understand trends and take necessary inventory actions.
4. Respond to store inquiries regarding inventory and orders via call or email.
5. Visit stores to communicate with teams and identify inventory improvement opportunities.
6. Understand omnichannel business systems and monitor related KPIs.
7. Support inventory builds for store openings, renewals, and events.
8. Develop positive relationships with other departments and global supply chain teams.
9. Provide stock support for store events by creating manual orders or retrieving stock from other stores.

1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in supply chain within the retail business, preferably in the luxury sector.
2. Proficiency in Japanese and business-level English is preferred.

2. Ability to deliver high-quality results.
3. Commitment to continuous improvement.
4. Team player capable of working in a transversal environment.

Minimum 3 years in supply chain within the retail business, preferably in the luxury sector.
