Louis Vuitton High-End Supply Chain Planner

- Maintain optimal product levels at retail and digital stores, ensuring both qualitative and quantitative standards are met.
- Utilize internal IT systems to effectively monitor and manage stock levels across stores.
- Regularly analyze store business results to identify trends and necessary inventory actions for business optimization.
- Respond to store inquiries regarding inventory and orders via phone and email.
- Conduct store visits to engage with teams and identify inventory improvement opportunities, followed by detailed reporting.
- Understand and monitor omnichannel business schemes and KPIs to implement appropriate actions.
- Support inventory builds for store openings, renewals, and events.
- Foster positive relationships with other departments and global supply chain teams.
- Provide stock support for store events through manual orders and inter-store stock retrieval.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain within the retail sector, preferably in luxury fashion.
- Proficiency in Japanese and business-level English is advantageous.
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Ability to deliver high-quality results consistently.
- Commitment to continuous improvement.
- Strong team player with the ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management within the retail industry, with a preference for luxury sector experience.
