1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, business, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in a similar domain.

2. Strong analytical skills with a comprehensive understanding of site context and risk assessment.
3. Creative mindset with the ability to propose innovative ideas.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.

A minimum of 10 years of experience is required.
