- Define the new supply strategy for leather goods components within Client Care Services.
- Analyze the current scope of leather goods components managed by Client Care Services.
- Identify component families for transfer and relevant stakeholders.
- Propose new, suitable partners considering operational constraints and industrial capacities.
- Define new partnership and supply rules in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of Industrial and Commercial Plans for new partners.
- Collaborate with local teams to create capacity plans aligned with projected needs.
- Ensure balance between available resources and production needs for manufacturing and designing spare parts.
- Oversee the implementation of activity transfers between old and new partners.
- Develop a transfer schedule considering each partner's load and capacity constraints.
- Monitor transfer orders to ensure service continuity, controlled stock levels, and no client impact.
- Design performance and transfer tracking indicators.
- Prepare and lead performance reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
- Currently pursuing a degree in engineering or business with a specialization in Supply Chain.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI is recommended.
