1. Define the new supply strategy for leather goods components within the Client Care Services.
2. Analyze the current scope of leather goods components managed by Client Care Services.
3. Identify component families to be transferred and the relevant stakeholders.
4. Propose suitable new partners, considering operational constraints and industrial capacities.
5. Collaborate on the development of Industrial and Commercial Plans (PIC) with new partners.
6. Ensure balance between available resources and production needs for both manufacturing and component design.
7. Manage the implementation of activity transfers between old and new partners.
8. Monitor transfer orders to ensure service continuity and stock level management.
9. Design performance indicators for transfer and performance monitoring.
10. Prepare and lead performance reviews with internal and external stakeholders.

1. Final-year student or gap year in engineering or business school with a specialization in Supply Chain.

1. Fluent in written and spoken English.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
3. Curious and adaptable with excellent interpersonal skills.
