- Define the new supply strategy for leather goods components within the Client Care Services.
- Analyze the current scope of leather goods components managed by Client Care Services.
- Identify component families to be transferred and the relevant stakeholders.
- Propose suitable new partners, considering operational constraints and industrial capacities.
- Collaborate on the development of Industrial and Commercial Plans (PIC) with new partners.
- Ensure balance between available resources and production needs for both manufacturing and component design.
- Manage the implementation of activity transfers between old and new partners.
- Monitor transfer orders to ensure service continuity and stock level management.
- Design performance indicators for transfer and performance monitoring.
- Prepare and lead performance reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
- Final-year student or gap year in engineering or business school with a specialization in Supply Chain.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
- Curious and adaptable with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Environmentally conscious and committed to contributing to the brand's sustainability goals.
