1. Support stores in daily requests to maintain high performance and optimal client experience.
2. Follow up on client orders to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
3. Collaborate with head office departments to address stock needs.
4. Monitor omni-channel key performance indicators to enhance efficiency and client experience.
5. Assess product opportunities and collaborate with EMEA regional teams to improve stock health.
6. Gather and analyze data to identify and address service failures.
7. Monitor stock discrepancies and create dashboards for performance analysis.

1. Bachelor's or Master's level internship agreement from a university.

1. Strong command of English; knowledge of French or Nordic languages is advantageous.
2. Organizational and analytical skills.
3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Beginner level experience is required, suitable for students or recent graduates.
