1. Support stores in daily requests to ensure high performance and optimal client experience.
2. Follow up on client orders.
3. Collaborate with various head office departments regarding stock needs.
4. Monitor key performance indicators to enhance omni-channel efficiency and client experience.
5. Assess product opportunities and work with EMEA regional teams to improve stock health.
6. Gather and analyze data to understand service failures.
7. Monitor stock discrepancies and create dashboards for analysis.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree internship agreement from a university.
2. Strong command of English; knowledge of French or Nordic languages is advantageous.
