1. Define and manage stock targets for stores, ensuring alignment with potential and stock situations.
2. Facilitate smooth store replenishments and update distribution parameters as needed.
3. Anticipate seasonal peaks and build stock accordingly.
4. Set up distribution for new stores and organize stock support for openings, renovations, and events.
5. Optimize lead times and enhance reactivity.
6. Distribute new products in collaboration with merchandisers, considering stock availability and launch strategies.
7. Coordinate with central teams and merchandisers to adapt launch scenarios in case of stock tension.
8. Implement stock rebalancing for seasonal products to optimize sell-through.
9. Define and manage top store priorities to optimize seasonal product sell-through percentages.
10. Calculate stock targets and arrange deliveries in line with stock optimization plans.
11. Analyze end-of-season sell-through and implement optimization actions.
12. Optimize network stock levels, ensuring stock value increases slower than sales.
13. Rebalance overstock and out-of-offer products timely.
14. Monitor and improve key KPIs, including overstock, availability rate, and long tail.
15. Maintain product status in the Order Management System and fulfill client orders through stock support and rebalancing.
16. Communicate with stores to provide visibility on order fulfillment and monitor deposit and conversion rates.
17. Participate in global supply chain projects and represent South Asia's interests.
18. Challenge existing processes to elevate supply chain efficiency and achieve company objectives.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or Supply Chain preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain and Operations.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI or equivalent.
3. Programming skills in VBA.
4. Experience with SAP is advantageous.
5. Ability to prioritize and work efficiently under pressure.
6. Client-centric approach and commercial mindset.
7. Attention to detail and critical thinking.
8. Team player with adaptability to new ideas and ways of working.

A minimum of 3 years in Supply Chain and Operations, with prior experience in Supply Chain Management and/or retail fulfillment operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or Supply Chain preferred.
