- Define and manage stock targets for stores, ensuring alignment with potential and stock situations.
- Facilitate smooth store replenishments and update distribution parameters as needed.
- Anticipate seasonal peaks and build stock accordingly.
- Set up distribution for new stores and organize stock support for openings, renovations, and events.
- Optimize lead times and enhance reactivity.
- Distribute new products in collaboration with merchandisers, considering stock availability and launch strategies.
- Coordinate with central teams and merchandisers to adapt launch scenarios in case of stock tension.
- Implement stock rebalancing for seasonal products to optimize sell-through.
- Define and manage top store priorities to optimize seasonal product sell-through percentages.
- Calculate stock targets and arrange deliveries in line with stock optimization plans.
- Analyze end-of-season sell-through and implement optimization actions.
- Optimize network stock levels, ensuring stock value increases slower than sales.
- Rebalance overstock and out-of-offer products timely.
- Monitor and improve key KPIs, including overstock, availability rate, and long tail.
- Maintain product status in the Order Management System and fulfill client orders through stock support and rebalancing.
- Communicate with stores to provide visibility on order fulfillment and monitor deposit and conversion rates.
- Participate in global supply chain projects and represent South Asia's interests.
- Challenge existing processes to elevate supply chain efficiency and achieve company objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or Supply Chain preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain and Operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI or equivalent.
- Programming skills in VBA.
- Experience with SAP is advantageous.
- Ability to prioritize and work efficiently under pressure.
- Client-centric approach and commercial mindset.
- Attention to detail and critical thinking.
- Team player with adaptability to new ideas and ways of working.
A minimum of 3 years in Supply Chain and Operations, with prior experience in Supply Chain Management and/or retail fulfillment operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or Supply Chain preferred.
