1. Define and manage stock targets for stores, ensuring alignment with potential and current stock situations.
2. Facilitate smooth replenishment processes by updating distribution parameters as needed.
3. Anticipate seasonal peaks and adjust stock levels accordingly.
4. Coordinate distribution for new store openings, renovations, and events.
5. Optimize lead times and enhance reactivity in distribution processes.
6. Collaborate with the Merchandising team to prioritize stores for seasonal product launches.
7. Calculate and arrange stock deliveries in line with optimization plans.
8. Analyze end-of-season sell-through and implement inventory optimization actions.
9. Retrieve end-of-season stock according to planning targets.
10. Optimize stock levels across the network, ensuring stock value growth is slower than sales growth.
11. Rebalance overstock and out-of-offer products in a timely manner.
12. Monitor and improve key KPIs such as overstock, availability rate, and long tail.
13. Maintain product status in the Order Management System and fulfill client orders efficiently.
14. Communicate with stores to provide visibility on order fulfillment and monitor deposit and conversion rates.
15. Participate in global supply chain projects, representing South Asia's interests.
16. Challenge existing processes and tools to enhance supply chain efficiency.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or retail fulfillment operations.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI or equivalent tools.
3. Programming skills in VBA, SQL are advantageous.
4. Experience with SAP is a plus.
5. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
6. Client-centric approach with a commercial mindset.
7. Attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
8. Adaptability and teamwork capabilities.

Minimum of 3 years in Supply Chain Management or retail fulfillment operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
