Louis Vuitton Supply Chain Distribution Planner

- Define and manage stock targets for stores, ensuring alignment with potential and current stock situations.
- Facilitate smooth replenishment processes by updating distribution parameters as needed.
- Anticipate seasonal peaks and adjust stock levels accordingly.
- Coordinate distribution for new store openings, renovations, and events.
- Optimize lead times and enhance reactivity in distribution processes.
- Collaborate with the Merchandising team to prioritize stores for seasonal product launches.
- Calculate and arrange stock deliveries in line with optimization plans.
- Analyze end-of-season sell-through and implement inventory optimization actions.
- Retrieve end-of-season stock according to planning targets.
- Optimize stock levels across the network, ensuring stock value growth is slower than sales growth.
- Rebalance overstock and out-of-offer products in a timely manner.
- Monitor and improve key KPIs such as overstock, availability rate, and long tail.
- Maintain product status in the Order Management System and fulfill client orders efficiently.
- Communicate with stores to provide visibility on order fulfillment and monitor deposit and conversion rates.
- Participate in global supply chain projects, representing South Asia's interests.
- Challenge existing processes and tools to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or retail fulfillment operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI or equivalent tools.
- Programming skills in VBA, SQL are advantageous.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
- Client-centric approach with a commercial mindset.
- Attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Adaptability and teamwork capabilities.
Minimum of 3 years in Supply Chain Management or retail fulfillment operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
