Louis Vuitton Supply Chain Distribution Planner

- Define and adjust stock targets for stores, aligning with potential and stock situations.
- Ensure smooth store replenishment by updating distribution parameters as needed.
- Anticipate seasonal peaks and build stock accordingly.
- Set up distribution for new stores, organizing stock support for openings, renovations, and events.
- Optimize lead time and increase reactivity.
- Collaborate with the Merchandising team to define store priorities for seasonal products.
- Calculate stock targets and arrange deliveries in line with stock optimization plans.
- Analyze end-of-season sell-through and implement optimization actions.
- Retrieve end-of-season stock according to target planning.
- Optimize stock levels within the network, ensuring stock value growth is slower than sales growth.
- Rebalance overstock and out-of-offer products timely.
- Monitor and improve key KPIs such as overstock, availability rate, and long tail.
- Maintain product status in the Order Management System and fulfill client orders through various means.
- Communicate with stores to provide visibility on order fulfillment.
- Participate in global supply chain projects, representing South Asia's interests.
- Challenge existing processes to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or Supply Chain.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI or equivalent.
- Programming skills in VBA, SQL.
- Experience with SAP is advantageous.
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
- Client-centric approach and commercial mindset.
- Attention to detail and critical thinking.
- Adaptability and teamwork.
Minimum of 3 years in Supply Chain Management and/or retail fulfillment operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or Supply Chain.
