1. Define and adjust stock targets for stores, aligning with potential and stock situations.
2. Ensure smooth store replenishment by updating distribution parameters as needed.
3. Anticipate seasonal peaks and build stock accordingly.
4. Set up distribution for new stores, organizing stock support for openings, renovations, and events.
5. Optimize lead time and increase reactivity.
6. Collaborate with the Merchandising team to define store priorities for seasonal products.
7. Calculate stock targets and arrange deliveries in line with stock optimization plans.
8. Analyze end-of-season sell-through and implement optimization actions.
9. Retrieve end-of-season stock according to target planning.
10. Optimize stock levels within the network, ensuring stock value growth is slower than sales growth.
11. Rebalance overstock and out-of-offer products timely.
12. Monitor and improve key KPIs such as overstock, availability rate, and long tail.
13. Maintain product status in the Order Management System and fulfill client orders through various means.
14. Communicate with stores to provide visibility on order fulfillment.
15. Participate in global supply chain projects, representing South Asia's interests.
16. Challenge existing processes to enhance supply chain efficiency.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or Supply Chain.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI or equivalent.
3. Programming skills in VBA, SQL.
4. Experience with SAP is advantageous.
5. Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
6. Client-centric approach and commercial mindset.
7. Attention to detail and critical thinking.
8. Adaptability and teamwork.

Minimum of 3 years in Supply Chain Management and/or retail fulfillment operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or Supply Chain.
