- Lead and manage global distribution flows, ensuring stock quality and balance while anticipating supply challenges such as seasonality and stock tensions.
- Optimize distribution operations to meet the company's emission reduction goals in collaboration with logistics and transport teams.
- Develop stock policies in conjunction with Sales Planning and Merchandising teams to achieve business objectives while optimizing stock investment.
- Determine production needs in collaboration with industrial and Sales Planning teams to ensure product availability across the exclusive distribution network.
- Foster innovation within the team on key topics such as S&OP, logistics and industrial capacity management, peak season organization, and continuous improvement of distribution tools.
- Coordinate and animate the S&OP process at top management level, aligning production capacity with sales targets.
- Oversee short, medium, and long-term sales planning to track distribution and production operation goals.
- Ensure alignment of objectives and forecasts from operational to strategic levels.
- Achieve 100% sell-through targets and ensure business unit results.
- Manage and develop a team of distribution and sales managers.
- Bachelor's degree equivalent to BAC+5 from an engineering school, business school, or university.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in logistics, industrial, or central/market supply chain.
- Proven managerial experience.
- Strong knowledge in supply chain management and strategy development.
- Proficiency in information systems and data manipulation (Excel, PowerBi, Anaplan or equivalent).
- Exceptional managerial skills with a dynamic and reactive approach.
- Excellent relational skills to influence, defend opinions, and unify teams.
- Entrepreneurial spirit adaptable to changing environments.
Minimum of 10 years in relevant fields with substantial managerial experience.
Bachelor's degree equivalent to BAC+5 in engineering, business, or related fields.
