1. Restructure supply chain services and processes, including validation and securing of new supply flows.
2. Define and implement performance KPIs and monitoring tools.
3. Establish new operational routines and support the integration of local manufacturing flows.
4. Participate in the Zero Waste project, coordinating best practices and promoting cultural change.
5. Enhance internal component flows and stock management, focusing on lead time improvement and component internalization for small leather goods.
6. Develop and refine performance indicators for internal components.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field with a specialization in Supply Chain or Logistics.

1. Autonomous work ethic with initiative-taking abilities.
2. Strong service orientation, pragmatism, and dynamism.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and VBA.
4. Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
5. Environmental consciousness and commitment to sustainability goals.

A preliminary experience in logistics, such as an internship, apprenticeship, or academic project, is preferred.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field with a specialization in Supply Chain or Logistics.
