1. Restructure the supply and provisioning service.
2. Validate and secure new supply chain flows.
3. Define performance KPIs and implement monitoring tools.
4. Establish new operational routines.
5. Support the implementation of local manufacturing flows.
6. Measure performance gains using defined KPIs.
7. Participate in the Zero Waste project and coordinate best practices.
8. Facilitate change management and enhance workplace culture.
9. Continue efforts in resale and reuse of obsolete materials.
10. Measure consumption and waste reduction before and after initiatives.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field with a specialization in Supply Chain or Logistics.

1. Autonomous work ethic and initiative-taking abilities.
2. Strong service orientation, pragmatism, and dynamism.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and VBA.
4. Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
5. Environmental consciousness and commitment to sustainability.

Prior experience in logistics, such as internships, apprenticeships, or academic projects, is preferred.
