1. Anticipate demand fluctuations and adjust orders to align with supplier capacities.
2. Monitor ongoing orders and address any anomalies or urgent issues.
3. Analyze stock levels to balance availability with minimizing surplus.
4. Engage suppliers for rapid solutions in case of capacity constraints.
5. Communicate daily with Flow teams and suppliers to adjust needs.
6. Collaborate with central planners and distribution planners to ensure flow consistency.
7. Establish proactive collaboration with suppliers to enhance supply chain reliability.
8. Propose continuous improvement actions with suppliers to maximize stability and performance.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics.
2. Previous internships in industrial or luxury sectors are advantageous.

1. Proficiency in information systems such as SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
2. Understanding of flow concepts: kanban, work-in-progress, push/pull systems.
3. Ability to configure logistics data and key MRP calculation assumptions.
4. KPI management: supplier service rates, workshop shortages, stock levels.
