1. Manage Repair Center Purchase Order Flow, including placing supply orders and reconciling invoices.
2. Coordinate the export process for international repairs, ensuring compliance with regulations and managing documentation, particularly Temporary Import with Bond (TIB) for Mexico and Canada.
3. Serve as the point of contact for vendor providers, offering reporting and coordination with business partners.
4. Oversee month-end inventory closing processes, including journal entries and inventory account analysis.
5. Collaborate on inventory cycle counts and perform reconciliation in sub-ledgers.
6. Conduct fixed assets obsolescence and impairment reviews.
7. Plan and report on fixed assets physical counts, ensuring reconciliation in sub-ledgers.
8. Present monthly Repair Center performance reviews to management.
9. Ensure compliance with control items in Inventory and Fixed Assets cycles, tracking depreciation.
10. Maintain logs of exotic shipments and spare parts, ensuring CITES clearances and organized paperwork.
11. Manage physical inventory destruction processes and data analysis with third-party vendors.
12. Guide PowerBI dashboard development for new reports, providing internal customers with visualized information.
13. Partner with key stakeholders in transportation processes, including White Glove Service and High Value Transportation.

1. High School Diploma or GED

1. Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Pivot Tables
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills
3. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
4. Ability to analyze data and suggest process improvements
5. Capacity to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a data-entry capacity and working with domestic and international shipping carriers is required.

High School Diploma or GED

The position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, along with opportunities for career advancement within the company.
