Louis Vuitton Supply Chain and Logistics Specialist

- Oversee the Repair Center Purchase Order Flow, including supply orders and invoice reconciliation.
- Coordinate the export process for international repairs, ensuring regulatory compliance and seamless goods movement, including Temporary Import with Bond (TIB) for Mexico and Canada.
- Serve as the primary contact for vendor providers, offering reporting and business information, and coordinating with LV business partners.
- Manage the month-end inventory closing process, prepare journal entries, and analyze inventory accounts.
- Collaborate on inventory cycle counts and full counts, reporting results and performing sub-ledger reconciliation.
- Conduct fixed assets obsolescence and impairment reviews.
- Plan, manage, and report on fixed assets physical counts, ensuring sub-ledger reconciliation.
- Present monthly Repair Center performance reviews to management.
- Ensure compliance in Inventory and Fixed Assets cycles, tracking depreciation.
- Maintain logs of exotic shipments and spare parts, ensuring CITES clearances and organized paperwork.
- Manage physical inventory destruction processes and data analysis with third-party vendors.
- Guide PowerBI dashboard development for new reports, providing timely and visualized information to internal customers.
- Interact with all organizational levels, including management.
- Partner with key stakeholders in transportation processes, including White Glove Service and High Value Transportation.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Pivot Tables
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Data analysis and process improvement capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required, including 1-2 years in data-entry and working with domestic and international shipping carriers.
High School Diploma or GED
The position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with opportunities for overtime as required by business demands.
