- Propose and implement improvement actions within the warehouse, including analyzing existing processes, conducting critical analyses, simplifying and optimizing procedures, organizing relocations, reducing stock, and enhancing delivery quality.
- Organize and monitor the implementation of actions, ensuring their completion.
- Propose necessary training for warehouse staff and support teams to facilitate change.
- Lead field projects in collaboration with warehouse staff and team leaders, focusing on productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomics improvements.
- Estimate potential gains, plan resource allocation, manage project timelines, and achieve targeted gains and deadlines.
- Utilize and develop standard work methods in continuous improvement processes, such as benchmarking, risk analysis, problem-solving, 5S, SMED, PDCA, FMEA, and VSM.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain or General Engineering.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Interest in hands-on experience and teamwork.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, dynamism, and proactivity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools such as Power BI.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Commitment to environmental sustainability.
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain or General Engineering.
