1. Propose and implement improvement actions within the warehouse, including analyzing existing processes, conducting critical analyses, simplifying and optimizing procedures, organizing relocations, reducing stock, and enhancing delivery quality.
2. Organize and monitor the implementation of actions, ensuring their completion.
3. Propose necessary training for warehouse staff and support teams to facilitate change.
4. Lead field projects in collaboration with warehouse staff and team leaders, focusing on productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomics improvements.
5. Estimate potential gains, plan resource allocation, manage project timelines, and achieve targeted gains and deadlines.
6. Utilize and develop standard work methods in continuous improvement processes, such as benchmarking, risk analysis, problem-solving, 5S, SMED, PDCA, FMEA, and VSM.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain or General Engineering.
2. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
3. Interest in hands-on experience and teamwork.
4. Demonstrated organizational skills, dynamism, and proactivity.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools such as Power BI.
2. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
