- Propose and implement improvement actions within the store, including analyzing existing processes, conducting critical analyses, simplifying and optimizing operational methods, organizing relocations, reducing inventory, and enhancing delivery quality.
- Organize and monitor the implementation of actions and ensure their completion.
- Propose necessary training for warehouse staff and support teams to facilitate change.
- Lead on-site projects in collaboration with warehouse staff and team leaders to improve productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomics.
- Quantify potential gains, plan resource allocation, manage project timelines, and meet gain and deadline objectives.
- Utilize and develop standard work methods in the continuous improvement approach, such as benchmarking, risk analysis, problem-solving, 5S, SMED, PDCA, FMEA, and VSM.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain or General Engineering.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Interest in fieldwork and ability to work effectively in teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools such as PowerBi.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to propose innovative solutions.
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain or General Engineering.
