- Propose and implement improvement actions within the warehouse, including analyzing current processes, conducting critical analyses, simplifying and optimizing procedures, organizing relocations, reducing stock, and enhancing delivery quality.
- Organize and monitor the implementation of actions to ensure completion.
- Propose necessary training for warehouse staff and support teams to facilitate change.
- Lead projects on-site in collaboration with warehouse staff and team leaders to improve productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomics.
- Estimate potential gains, plan resource allocation, manage project timelines, and achieve targeted gains and deadlines.
- Utilize and develop standard work methods in continuous improvement processes such as benchmarking, risk analysis, problem-solving, 5S, SMED, PDCA, FMEA, and VSM.
- Currently pursuing a BAC+4/5 degree in Supply Chain or General Engineering.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and lead initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools such as Power BI.
- Environmental consciousness and commitment to sustainability.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Pursuing a BAC+4/5 degree in Supply Chain or General Engineering.
