- Oversee supply chain logistics operations across two shifts, managing a team of over 48 associates, including four direct reports, within four departments: shipping/reception, product assessment, warehouse, and quality control.
- Collaborate with the production team to streamline work processes, enhancing client lead time and productivity.
- Support store and direct-to-client teams by providing client solutions, estimated time of arrival (ETA), and expediting client escalations.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics flow, including transportation and customs clearance for spare parts and repairs.
- Oversee the warehouse management of spare parts, including buffer stock and inventory management.
- Partner with central teams and vendors to enhance processes, reduce costs, and improve lead times.
- Supervise subcontracting flow for repairs.
- Manage client repairs inventory and work-in-progress (WIP) organization.
- Set departmental goals and lead the team to achieve them.
- Coach, train, and assess departmental performance.
- Collaborate with care services logistics managers at other US sites to balance flow and standardize processes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing.
- At least 2 years of experience in supply chain or purchasing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Detail-oriented mindset.
- Leadership and management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
- Familiarity with JDE or ERP systems is a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish and French is beneficial.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in supply chain or purchasing roles.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Salary range of USD $125K-$135K, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
