1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance supplier compliance and mitigate risks.
2. Analyze large datasets related to supplier compliance performance, identifying key trends and opportunities for improvement.
3. Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of the supplier compliance program.
4. Prepare and present reports on supplier compliance performance to the executive team.
5. Resolve supply chain issues in collaboration with internal and external teams.
6. Align compliance strategies with business objectives in collaboration with operational teams.
7. Serve as the main point of contact for HQ and external stakeholders regarding supplier compliance matters.
8. Conduct risk assessments of the supply base and develop mitigation plans.
9. Organize and coordinate the work of audit supervisors and operational resources.

1. Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in project management, data analysis, reporting, and trend identification.

2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
3. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
