- Support appointments with quality and assist retail teams in increasing Ready-to-Wear (RTW) share in store.
- Collaborate with RTW Team Managers to enhance regular client spending and repeat purchase rates.
- Upgrade non-RTW clients in store to RTW clients.
- Conduct daily styling topic sharing sessions and work with RTW Team Managers for new season product training.
- Perform competitor style analysis by season and conduct monthly market research.
- Assist in styling-related training and provide follow-up feedback.
- Evaluate new hires' RTW and styling skills.
- Maintain and update fashion knowledge and participate in the annual appraisal panel of regional styling managers.
- Provide RTW selling support during floor time and assist in weekly photo shoots.
- Support in-store events, including model fittings and photo shoots, and collaborate with CRM, RTW Team Managers, and Client Advisors.
- Assist regional styling managers with Mix & Match guideline book production and live-streaming events.
- Ensure grooming standards by supervising staff styling and eliminating inappropriate attire.
- Create complete Vuitton silhouette looks by mixing and matching Vuitton products with uniforms.
- Passion for Louis Vuitton and deep knowledge of the fashion industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Agility, attention to detail, and a team-player mindset.
- Strong business acumen.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage.
- Trend analysis and styling expertise.

Beginner level experience in fashion styling or retail.
