1. Drive the client strategy by supporting the retail team in identifying opportunities in the Ready-to-Wear (RTW) business and collaborating with the store manager to sustain client expectations.
2. Collaborate with the merchandising team to propose and implement commercial actions that increase the RTW business and promote a full silhouette mindset.
3. Update and share insights on current fashion trends and styles with the team using both internal and external resources.
4. Participate in local and zone RTW events, projects, and new product launches.
5. Align with the regional Retail Learning department on projects.
6. Provide personalized styling services across all categories of Vuitton products to enhance the client experience and create a complete Vuitton silhouette.
7. Assist in hosting and supporting client advisors in the selling process by providing styling advice to increase cross-selling and upselling.
8. Participate in high-profile client interactions and high-end sales.
9. Provide feedback on clients and business opportunities.
10. Coach and conduct workshops and training sessions for retail teams to elevate full silhouette styling and personal styling.
11. Prepare materials and tools for workshops and training sessions.
12. Collaborate with the RTW merchandising team on collection training.
13. Support styling-related training and client-related events.

1. Previous retail experience in a high-end or luxury market, or a strong background in a customer-centric environment.
2. Willingness to learn and continuously improve personal and team performance.
3. Forward-thinking with a creative mindset to drive brand success.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence clients effectively.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or sales within the fashion industry is desired.
