1. Develop and coordinate an international community of stylists.
2. Design integration pathways and skill development programs tailored to stylist profiles.
3. Monitor performance using defined KPIs and produce monthly reports.
4. Participate in the annual review of profiles and contribute to the recruitment of new talent.
5. Create an annual activity plan including webinars, product launches, and key events.
6. Enhance product expertise within the community in collaboration with internal teams.
7. Facilitate weekly communication channels dedicated to the stylist community.

9. Design an artistic and cultural newsletter to enrich client-stylist relationships.

11. Plan and execute an annual international seminar in Paris, managing logistics, content, and speakers.
12. Support international in-store and out-of-store events, including project team definition and active on-site presence.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in the luxury sector.
2. Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
4. Extensive experience in managing cross-functional projects.
5. Strong creative vision and aesthetic sense for content creation.
6. In-depth knowledge of the luxury industry, including fashion, lifestyle, art, and hospitality.
7. Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
