1. Develop and coordinate an international community of stylists.

3. Monitor performance using KPIs and deliver monthly reports.
4. Participate in annual profile reviews and contribute to recruitment efforts.
5. Build an annual community engagement plan including webinars and product launches.
6. Develop product expertise within the stylist community in collaboration with internal teams.
7. Manage weekly communications through dedicated community channels.
8. Propose and implement tools for sharing best practices across regions.

10. Organize talks with inspiring figures from luxury, art, and lifestyle sectors.
11. Organize an annual international seminar in Paris, including logistics and content.
12. Participate in regional seminars and support international events.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the luxury industry.
2. Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
4. Experience in managing cross-functional projects.
5. Strong creative eye and aesthetic sense for content creation.
6. Excellent knowledge of the luxury world, including fashion, lifestyle, art, fine dining, and hospitality.
