- Create, develop, and coordinate an international community of stylists.
- Design onboarding journeys and skill development programs tailored to stylist profiles.
- Monitor performance using defined KPIs and deliver monthly reports.
- Participate in annual profile reviews and contribute to the recruitment of new talent.
- Build an annual animation plan including webinars, product launches, and key moments.
- Develop product expertise within the community in collaboration with internal teams.
- Manage weekly communications through dedicated community channels.
- Propose and implement new tools to facilitate the sharing of best practices across regions.
- Design an artistic and cultural newsletter to enhance client relationships.
- Organize talks with inspiring figures from the world of luxury, art, or lifestyle.
- Organize an annual international seminar in Paris, including logistics, content, and speakers.
- Participate in regional seminars, either remotely or in person.
- Support international in-store and off-site events, defining project teams and ensuring active on-site presence.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the luxury industry.
- Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects.
- Creative eye and strong aesthetic sense for content creation.
- Excellent knowledge of the luxury world, including fashion, lifestyle, art, fine dining, and hospitality.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
A minimum of 5 years in the luxury industry is required.
