- Develop and coordinate an international community of stylists.

- Create an annual schedule of community engagement activities, including webinars and product launches.

- Implement new tools to promote best practice sharing across regions.
- Design an artistic and cultural newsletter to enrich stylist-client relationships.

- Plan and execute an annual international seminar in Paris, managing logistics, content, and speakers.
- Support international in-store and off-site events, including project team definition and active on-site presence.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the luxury industry.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Extensive experience in managing cross-functional projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Creative vision and strong aesthetic sense for content creation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the luxury sector, including fashion, lifestyle, art, and hospitality.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
A minimum of 5 years in the luxury industry, with a strong background in cross-functional project management.
