- Ensure the availability of prototypes for showroom presentations, meeting style, quality, timeline, and margin objectives.
- Act as the liaison between design and product teams, facilitating communication with project managers.
- Lead and coordinate the project team to achieve overall objectives, ensuring effective collaboration among team members.
- Manage the transfer of prototypes and components between mock-up sites and production locations.
- Work with design and marketing teams on planning and prioritizing prototype launches.
- Oversee quality testing on components and finished products before Go Style validation, ensuring functionality and durability.
- Facilitate rapid cost estimation, ensuring margin and style coherence.
- Lead project team reviews to deliver showroom-ready products that meet LV style, quality, margin, and time-to-market goals.
- Ensure adherence to the pre-production budget, managing the number of prototypes allocated to a collection.
- Clarify and share technical data, ensuring timely availability of materials and proposing alternatives when necessary.
- Anticipate and manage project risks using risk and value analysis tools, implementing associated action plans.
- Ensure the highest craftsmanship standards are met for the requested brief.
- Propose solutions and optimizations based on product knowledge and collaboration with mock-up sites.
- Develop initiatives for re-use and circular creativity.
- Recognized for rigor, autonomy, and organization in demanding environments.
- Product sensitivity, ideally in leather goods, and knowledge of the luxury market.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Strong decision-making and initiative-taking abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage and lead project teams effectively.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
