1. Assist in managing the development of prototypes, ensuring the availability of raw materials and proposing design alternatives.
2. Oversee the launch of components such as handles, straps, and charms, from design briefing to operational follow-up.
3. Handle administrative tasks including billing, development capacity tracking, and collection budgets.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering program, or a related field in fashion, luxury, or project management.

2. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
3. Proficiency in office software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
4. Initiative and proactive approach.
5. Curiosity and strong interest in the luxury and fashion sectors.
6. Adaptability to a dynamic and demanding environment.
7. Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Italian is a plus.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
